Ramsey, Gay Come Up Clutch In Rams Win In Indy
(Indianapolis, IN) — Matt Gay hit a go-ahead 38-yard field goal with two-and-a-half minutes left in the game, and Jalen Ramsey intercepted a pass on the ensuing drive in a 27-24 Rams win over the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium. Troy Reeder also had an interception for L.A. Matthew Stafford completed 19-of-30 passes for 278 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception in the win. Both touchdown passes were caught by Cooper Kupp, who had nine grabs for 163 yards. Darrell Henderson rushed for 53 yards and a touchdown. The Rams are tied for first place in the NFC West at 2-and-0. Carson Wentz was 20-for-31 with 247 passing yards, a touchdown, and an interception before leaving the game with an ankle injury. Jacob Eason completed two passes for 25 yards and an interception in relief. Ashton Dulin recovered a fumble in the end-zone to give Indy a third quarter lead. The Colts are 0-and-2.
