MEMPHIS, Tenn. (Fort Wayne's NBC) - Authorities need your help locating victims who are connected to two men that kidnap women and demand ransom for their release.
The FBI says 25-year-old Brian T. Summerson and 35-year-old Pierre L. Washington are involved in these kidnappings.
Summerson was arrested in Daytona Beach, Florida for battery causing bodily harm, false imprisonment and tampering with a witness calling 911.
According to authorities, Summerson would meet up with potential victims on his route (New Jersey to Miami, as well as Chicago, Illinois, and Kansas City, Missouri), he would tell them his name was Von.
Washington was picked up by police in Chicago, Illinois, in March of 2021 by the FBI in reference to an ongoing investigation.
At this time, investigators are asking those with information concerning
this case, or if someone believes they are a victim or may have been affected by these alleged crimes, should contact police.
